Agreement Between User and Mango Doll
Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before using MangoDoll.com's ("Company", "Us", or "We" ) website (the "Site") and placing your order. By using this website and/or placing an order, you agree and are bound to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, then you ("Customer" or "his/her") may not use this Site.
Company reserves the right to change the nature of this relationship at any time, and to revise these guidelines and Terms and Conditions from time to time as Company sees fit. Users who violate the terms of this Agreement will have their access canceled and they may permanently be banned from using the Site and any interactive services.
Users are responsible for regularly viewing and checking these terms and conditions periodically. By using the Site after we post changes to these Terms and Conditions, you agree to accept those changes, whether or not you actually reviewed them.

Users/Participants
We do not discriminate on the basis of age, race, national origin, gender, sexual orientation or religion.
No person under the age of 13 should use the Site without the consent of their parent or legal guardian. We strongly encourage all parents and guardians to monitor the Internet use of their children. Use of the Site by an user shall be deemed to be a representation that the user is 13 years of age or older.

Purchase of Products
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order resulting from one of the following:
Customer will be contacted by e-mail if there are any problems with his/her order. Customer's failure to check on his/her order can result with us putting the customer's order on hold for a time period of up to 7 days.
Once the Customer places an order on our website, an e-mail will be sent as an acknowledgement. The receipt of an email order confirmation is simply a recognition that we have receive your requested order, and does not constitute an offer to sell. Our acceptance of an order does not take place until the order has been sent out for delivery and Customer is provided with a tracking number. After this point, we will not be able to make any changes to Customer's order or give back a full money refund.
If one or more items in Customer's order is backordered, Customer may request to have items shipped separately. We reserve the right to limit the quantity of any item sold, or prohibit a sale altogether, including but not limited to prohibiting sales to resellers.

Product Information
We attempt to display all products shown on the Site in an accurate manner, however, because of the technical differences in the equipment of our customers, we cannot be responsible for photographic differences in size, shape, and color of the products.
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear at the Site. However, as the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate.
We do not mass manufacture brand name products. The brand name products you see displayed in the picture are the products.

Payment Options
All of our transactions are handled securely by PayPal. PayPal currently accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, & Discover cards. Customer may also pay by eCheck if he/she has a PayPal account.
Customer does not have to be registered with PayPal to order from our website. If you do not have a PayPal account, the PayPal checkout/login page will instruct you on how to pay using your credit/debit card.
If Customer is unable to pay via PayPal, we also accept payments through Western Union, Bank Deposit/Transfer, or Money Order as an alternative. We only accept Money Order from US residents. International customers can pay by Western Union or Bank Transfer. Customer must contact us first if making a payment using these alternate methods.
If Customer chooses to make payment by the alternate methods as listed above, Customer can not hold us liable for lost payments or transactions we do not receive.

Shipping Information
Information & Pricing
We ship all our packages thru postal services such as USPS, JP Post, Korea Post, Hongkong Post, UPS, DHL, and FedEx.
Shipping price is calculated at checkout by total weight of items and shipping company chosen by Customer.
Delivery Times
Delivery times will depend on the following:
If products ordered are immediately available, Customer's order will be shipped out within one business day of order acknowledgement. Our business days are Mondays to Fridays excluding holidays. We do not ship on Saturdays and Sundays.
We can not guarantee a specific delivery time or give Customer an exact date/time of package arrival. However, we may provide you with an estimated timeframe as follows*:
Registered Air Mail: 15~30 Business Days
EMS: 5~10 Business Days
UPS: 3~5 Business Days
DHL: 3~5 Business Days
FedEx: 3~5 Business Days
*Customer must also factor in the type of item purchased. If an item is marked as "Imported from Japan" or "Imported from South Korea", customer must allow us at least 7~14 business days to receive the item from Japan or Korea.
Delivery Areas
We deliver worldwide. If you do not see your country in the checkout page, please contact us.
Tracking
Upon order shipment, Customer will be provided a tracking number or reference number. Customers may also login to their account to view tracking information and order status updates.
The tracking information you see may or may not be accurate as postal services occassionally may not scan the tracking barcode. We can only guarantee that we have sent out your package for delivery once you receive the tracking information for your order.
We are not and can not be held responsible for lost packages resulting from the Customer providing us with incorrect shipping information.

Return Policy
Customer must immediately contact us within 14 days from the time you receive your order. If customer waits after 14 days, we reserve the right to refuse the return claim.
REQUIREMENTS
FULL MONEY REFUND CASES
Customers may receive cash refund if:
Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
All other cases may only be issued store credit of equal value.
We reserve the right to refuse return claims that do not meet the conditions of this return policy.
HOW TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE ITEM(S)
To return or exchange an item, login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
You should expect to receive your refund/exchange/store credit within four weeks after we receive the returned item.
Delivery Charges
Customer is responsible for delivery charges to return the item to us and for us to send a replacement item back. Customers who receive an incorrect/damaged item due to our mistake will be exempt from these charges.

Shopping Service
Company offers a shopping service for customers who want to purchase items from South Korea, Japan, and China. We do not ship food, furniture, or other items prohibited by the Postal Service. Customer may not hold us responsible for any problems that may arise from the seller that he/she may choose to purchase from which includes, but is not limited to, damaged goods, extended service delays, and misleading products.
Orders
Orders will be taken via form requests. We will contact customers within 3 business days. Customer's failure to check on his/her order can result with us putting the customer's order on hold for a time period of up to 7 days. Customers are responsible for giving us correct contact and shipping information. We reserve the right to limit the quantity of any item sold, or prohibit a sale altogether, including but not limited to prohibiting sales to resellers.
If one or more items in Customer's order is backordered, there may be a delay in product shipment. Estimated delay is one week, but may also take longer depending on the shop the item is ordered from.
For any items ordered that is out of stock, a refund will be issued to the customer.

Shipping
We overestimate shipping costs to avoid shipping delay. If the actual shipping fee is less than the estimated shipping fee that customer is charged, we will refund the amount to customer's account.
In some cases, the shipping fee may be greater than what we estimated and customer will be required to pay the extra fee before we ship the items.
